YMCA Community Rummage Sale - Join in our 1st Annual Community Rummage Sale - Rent a parking space for $20 to sell your goods or 2 spaces for $30. Food and beverages will be available, all proceeds from this event will help the YMCA build strong kids, strong families, and strong communities. CHILD CARE

Summer Day Camp 2009 - Want an ultimate camp experience register for the Chicago Bears and Chicago Storm Camps.

Preschool & Pre-K - Registration Now In Progress for the 2009-10 School Year - The YMCA Pre-school & Pre-K Program aims at helping children grow physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually while incorporating the core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. KASPER Before and After School Care - Registration Now In Progress for the 2009-10 School Year - Conveniently located at 9 District 54 Schools - Anne Fox, Armstrong, Churchill, Einstein, Hanover Highlands, Lincoln Prairie, Link, Muir and Stevenson elementary schools.

HEALTH & WELLNESS

Pilates Fusion - If you like Pilates and Yoga this class if for you. This class starts out with an invigoration workout that strengthens all major muscle groups that creates soft body definitions and increased flexibility, and ends with relaxing and rejuvenating cool down.

Cardio Combo - This one hour family friendly class offers a mix of traditional aerobics with some elements of strength endurance and mat Pilates.

AQUATICS

Swim-A-Thon - 4th Annual Swim-A-Thon. Fun for the whole family - set goals for lap swimming, or lap water walk, individuals can use noodles or belts. Proceeds help enhance the YMCA Aquatics Department. New this year Underwater Torpedo Sharks Dart Game.

Jr. Lifeguard Training - Individuals ages 13 - 15 can develop safety and lifesaving skills. Participants ages 13 - 15 years of age will not only develop lifesaving skills but will find this class an important and informative resource for safe recreational water activities and for career opportunities in lifeguarding.

SPORTS

Co-Ed Volleyball - Whether you are looking for an instructional volleyball class for your kids or you want to start an adult volleyball league, volleyball is a great way to get exercise while having fun at the YMCA..

Youth T-Ball/Baseball - For grades 1st - 3rd & 4th - 6th - Every child plays, individuals will develop fundamental skills, and learn the importance of teamowork and fair play. Teams will practice one night a week and play games on the weekend.
